I would say that my experience is somewhat neutral. On the positive side, the seller responds quickly to messages and tries to address issues.
On the negative side, the phone I received has minor scratches on the display (which is acceptable to me), but its battery capacity is only 80% (in need of replacement), the speaker produces a hissing sound, and the phone charging cable does not work.
